Delivery Head - Gaming/Virtual Reality Application

Looking for a Delivery Head with Experience in Gaming space (2-4 years ) or virtual reality application development.

Understand client requirements for a virtual reality application development.

Salary : Upto 24 LPA

- Estimate costing, effort and delivery timeline.

- Allocate resources and monitor progress.

- Ensure project planning and conduct reviews and walk through.

- Set rules and structure/Architecture of the application.

- Define Mechanics, Logics, design complete flow

Experience :

- 8-13 yrs of experience in gaming space (At least 2-3 yrs in serious games) or in virtual reality application development

Location : Noida

Role : To manage the team of developers as well being involved in effort, cost and timeline estimations

Skills :

- Strong Game conceptualization skills

- Experience on various technology platforms such as HTML 5, Unity 3D, Flash, etc.

- Implementation on new trend such as Augmented Reality, Google Cardboard, Oculus Rift etc is a plus point.

- Understanding of games across platforms: Desktop / Mobile (android / IOS) console, PS etc.

- Strong Project Management Skills

- Strong Interpersonal skills

- Strong understanding of global gaming market

- Good communications skills

- Deep understanding of user behaviour and preference in games

- Should be creative and possess problem-solving skills
