Main responsibility area
Support services sales, deliver and manage a delivery team for product attached consulting and data analytics services and work packages.
Build and develop trust-based relationships with customer's key stakeholders in middle and senior management in context of attached consulting engagements
Understand customer's commercial and operational challenges, OSS and BSS data and apply these insights to position appropriate scope and use cases.
Business case development to justify investment in client solutions
Provide further opportunity leads to sales in order to maximize business value of solutions to the customer.
Job description:
Responsible in managing own work as well as team consultants in delivering assigned consulting service.
Apply standardized consulting delivery approach and tools as defined by portfolio teams
Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops to collect customer requirements and impact decision making
Support engagement lead in implementation of transformation plan driven by team.
Should have experience in Customer Experience Management and/or data analytics and/or Business process re-engineering and Transformation projects.
Proficient in English (speaking, writing and reporting).
Efficient communicator through presentations, graphs and reports
Able to work and lead across multi-national organization
MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institute.
