- Handling the complete operations in first mile  - Managing FM teams - planning for manpower, fleets, infrastructure, facilities etc  - Meeting with clients for FM performance reviews and resolving issues faced by clients  - Planning and monitoring incoming & bagging performance in PCs - 2 hrs for both.  - Managing pickups from clients/vendors, processing (2hrs) and connection to respective cities  - Responsible for south regions inbound and outbound IN TAT performance  - Handling DPC Manager and DPC teams - planning for manpower, fleets, load feeding based on fleet plan.  - Planning for new PCs / CPs based on volume increase planning, organizing and controlling First Mile Logistics operations in line with organization& guidelines & policies  - Responsible for setting up of Supply chain functions and service delivery to include logistics (first mile & HUB Operations).  - Setting-up detailed processes in every aspect of organization including service delivery and customer experience.(Picking, packaging, delivery, returns, and other customer needs.)  - Planning and conceptualizing all Projects related to IT in logistics to achieve better productivity and make the operations lean.  - Responsible for managing day to day operations of outbound segment including picking, packing and on-time shipment of products to ensure fulfillment of Customer Needs.  - Lead, manage and mentor a large and diverse team of associates in outbound department in a very fast-paced and high- volume environment.  - To achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and delivering excellence in services by managing accurate and timely collection of data to update operations metrics daily.  - Be involved in projects and liaise with all teams cross the FC and/or relevant external support as require.  - Building Strong relationship and values with individuals of other functions to achieve goal.  - To Plan & implement Loss Prevention measures and be part of investigations.  - To enable timely returns of unsaleable inventory to Vendor partners.  - Handling DPC Manager and DPC teams - planning for manpower, fleets, load feeding based on fleet plan.  - Planning for new PCs/CPs based on volume increase
