Delhivery - Manager - Admin & Facility (8-14 yrs)
We have a position vacant for Manager Admin & Facility based at Bangalore.
- Ensuring effective handling of General Administration/ Facility Management includes Housekeeping, soft services, office automation, Cafeteria, Office Equipment, large size facilities etc. to enable smooth flow of day to day operations for all the existing facilities across South India.
- Passionate and energetic to motivate the regional teams and ensure awesome experience for internal customer.
- Executing events, induction programs, training, conferences, etc as per the business requirement
- First point of contact (POC) Repair and maintenance of both Premises and equipment at across the region.
- Liaisioning with the local authorities like local police, govt. authorities, etc.
- Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements, ensure Fire safety Drills & trainings in support with Security teams.
- Adhering Guidelines & SOP's for the cost & quality optimization/soft services of the Warehouses, offices, Delivery Stations.
- Planning best allocation and utilization of space, seat mapping and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises with smooth transition.
- To be part weekly meetings via concall on Hits & misses of the respective Warehouses, offices, Delivery Stations.
- Generating Weekly reports and dashboards like WSR (Weekly Site report) & Deployment sheet for all the Locations.
- Centralize MS tracking system for reports & deliverables.
- Prepare monthly management report, incident report and vendor performance report.
