Director - Last Mile Operations

- Leads a team of last-mile managers and engineers in developing, implementing and operating effective last-mile solutions for a complex operation.

- Participates in projects by understanding requirements of location operations.

- Manages existing contract administration. Develops and recommends new/amended Service Contracts for Last-mile vendors that incorporate all relevant service and cost criteria.

- Effective management of vendor costs by performing appropriate checks on complex and high value vendor invoices and by preparing accurate monthly accrual figures

- Performs analysis of Last-mile results and recommends actions to improve productivity, service levels and/or reduce costs.

- Develops procedures and KPI to monitor last mile performances, keeping manual of procedures updated in compliance with ISO requirements.
