The ideal candidate should be well-organized, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is intellectually curious. She/he is comfortable creating strategic recommendations in a thoughtful, yet concise, manner and obtaining organizational buy-in at senior levels.

- 2+ years (SM: 7-10 years, Senior Associate: 5-7 yrs, Associate: 3-5 yrs.) of Project or Program Management experience

- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple, disparate projects and/or stakeholder groups

- Excellent speaking-listening-writing skills

- Ability to influence and manage both peer-level and senior stakeholders

- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environment

- Proficient in MS Excel, Power point and MS Projects

Candidates with prior experience in Project / Program Management will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build out a scalable program status/tracking infrastructure that provides granular detail on overall program performance, risks and opportunities.

- Provide project management and cross-functional support on key improvement initiatives.

- Create necessary program management and project plan documentation.

- Schedule periodic planning, progress, and close out meetings with project team & stakeholders.

- Disseminate program & strategy updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Track progress and impact on program and initiative level and report to stakeholders across projects and Business Units. Coordinate program across projects and Business Units

Work closely with cross functional teams across Delhivery network to identify, manage and implement projects

Should possess unique blend of analytical, decision making and logical thinking capabilities with exemplary communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills

Determine inter-relationships across project streams to maximize on time, cost and quality

- Manage risks and issues appropriately, raising items to senior management when necessary

- Define program scope, structure, road map and set up governance, responsibilities, team

- Ensure post implementation deliverable of the projects are tracked for projects

Delivery of high quality work, in a limited amount of time

Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex messages quickly and succinctly to various senior stakeholders

Attention to detail

A willingness to work with ambiguity within a fluid business environment

Track record of working in a very organised way, multi-tasking, prioritizing, managing data, and setting and achieving deadlines (both short and long term)

Capacity to think creatively and laterally; excellent reasoning skills and the ability to make sound judgments

- Developing PMO supporting methodology, SOPs, and artifact templates.

- Identifying the appropriate tools, methods and templates that are required within the centralized organization.

Ensuring PMO services are delivered using best in class practices and methodologies

Organized approach and able to work under pressure

- Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently

- Highly focused on detail and accuracy of information presented.

- Maintain data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy
