Delhivery - Associate Director - Real Estate/Projects/Facilities & Infrastructure

We have position vacant for Associate Director South & East based at Bangalore.

- Initiate searching of the premises as per the business plan.

- Have ability to conduct Technical Due diligence for the larger projects (More than upto 5 lac Sq. ft)

- Sound knowledge of the designing, Schematic and conceptualisation Skills.

- Supervises activities pertaining to vendor for the Upcoming RE & projects and maintenances issues branches/Hubs/Offices/Delivery centres.

- Coordinates with Pan India for upcoming Real Estate &projects for lease registration and documentation.

- Coordinate with Legal for the lease & Agreement issues or any extension/relocation if required.

- Looking after overall job responsibilities for timely closure of Real Estate and projects for warehousing /Renovation/Refurbishments.

- Escalation point for Automated Warehouses/ HUBS/Delivery Centres/OFFICES Projects & execution for PAN INDIA.

- Open for travelling to multiple locations and coordinating with multiple agencies for timely handing over projects.

- Monthly/Weekly review with business teams on Real Estate/Projects Plan with expected delivery timelines

- Coordinating with PMO for specialized supports & trackers to respective business Heads and their teams.

- Planning, organizing, providing leadership and controlling all project functions. (Internal)

- Managing quality and cost control in Projects team for Delhivery.

- Providing training and overall development for your own Internal Teams

- Coordination with members of respective departments and planning for the future.

- Analyses/ Recommends solutions on the complaints/Feedbacks in sync with Real Estate & projects team.

Must Have :

- Experience in having wing to wing ownership of the Real Estate/Projects across the region

- Functional competency to handle multiple locations with respect to Real Estate/Vendor Management/Project Management on PAN India basis. Technical background will be added advantage. Should have an experience in leading & working with large team.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to assert strategic leadership, foresight and effective judgment.
