Iqrup + Ritz is a new online design and furniture brand.   We've made it our mission to make high-end contemporary design easy! We are a startup, based in London and Gurgaon, founded by a team of entrepreneurs with investment banking, design and manufacturing backgrounds.   Our education backgrounds are equally diverse - from Physics to Economics; from Lady Shri Ram College, Oxford University to the Inchbald School of Design.   We are launching our brand in India and the UK to market and distribute high-end, expertly crafted designer furniture through a superior style service.   We've already put together a fantastic team hailing from some of the top design schools - now we're looking to add some serious business and operations muscle.  What will you do:  - Work with the CEO to prioritise and implement strategies for the business across multiple avenues  - Collect and analyze business and performance metrics, including web, market and customer analytics  - Work closely with the marketing and the rest of the team to identify the appropriate marketing messages and new marketing channels  - Identify and develop strategic partnerships  - Undertake regular competitor research and analysis.
