Job Purpose:

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for the technical implementation of current and future data warehouse, business intelligence solutions in the Digital Marketing domain and data migration strategies for our clients and partners. The candidate should be proficient with the design of database architectures, data warehouses, data migrations, data marts, business intelligence packages, and implementing user reporting solutions based upon business requirement and content knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

- Ability to understand business needs and apply analytical concepts to generate actionable business insights.

- Implement new business intelligence and data warehouse requirements through the use of SQL, ETL, business intelligence tools, and database programming and reporting tools.

- Strong hands-on experience in generating various dashboards and reports.

- Work with high-volume and multi-dimensional data from different sources.

- Collaborate with Business stakeholders to understand data, reports, metrics, and dashboard requirements and deliver solutions in an effective manner and in alignment with BI Strategy and roadmap.

- Develop reporting requirements and specification with business teams, own, design, automate and manage the reporting with due adhoc data analysis and data quality investigations wherever required.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 3-5 years in Business Intelligence, with specific experience in all stages - gathering, hygiene, and analysis of data resulting in actionable insights for end-to-end product, marketing and business operations.

- Strong experience in the digital marketing domain

- Solid understanding of BI Tools such as QlikView, Klipfolio and Tableau with the ability to independently conceptualize and generate reports, metrics, and dashboards for fact based decision making and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

- Strong understanding database methodology, data analysis, advanced SQL queries, ETL and business intelligence applications

- Previous experience of ETL tools like Talend, Pentaho Kettle etc.

- Well versed with using Advanced excel functions to generate various BI Reports.

- Experience working with large data-sets is a plus.

- Knowledge of Digital data is a must.

- Strong Analytical thought process, detail-oriented approach, with expertise in analytical toolkits.

- Good communication skills.
