Their problem solving teams comprise a mix of domain experts, decision scientists and engineers that work closely with clients to create relevant, actionable and scaled solutions and help implement them.   Job Title: Decision Scientist, Digital Analytics Program   Location: Bangalore, with moderate travel visit to client locations   Overview:   - Developing sector specific Attribution Modeling Algorithms for digital campaigns, building out to cross overs to offline campaigns   Experience (Years): Overall 8+ years in CRM Marketing analytics, ~2 years of core digital modeling experience.  Specific Industry (if any) - Services industry – e commerce, online retailing, banking, insurance  Qualification - Engineering / Decision Sciences Degree from a premier institution  Specific Skill Set	  Attribution modeling preferably using Bayesian probabilistic techniques, Markov Chain Monte Carlo(MCMC) algorithms. Expertise in Demand Side Platforms, modeling across both online and offline data.
