Debt Finance Role (5-10 yrs)
Mid level- Finance position (Debt Financing)
1. Assist VP-Finance in entire Banking operation and debt financing for project requirements
2. Coordinating due diligence and financial closure process for debt and equity financing.
3. Maintaining relationships with the banks & Financial Institutions at appropriate levels.
4. Coordination between cross functional, collection of data and sending response of queries raised by the banker's/investors
5. Project appraisal at various FIs / Banks; follow up for sanctions, Syndication, Documentation
6. Follow up and comparative analysis of debt financings taken by competitors.
7. Analysis of funding projections and coordinating the process
8. Research new lenders, funding options and funding facilities in the market and prepare lender briefs as needed
9. Perform initial review of loan agreements and monitor the compliance with various lenders covenants
10. Track and report on debt funding for the company via the Repayment Schedule.
11. Responsible for providing necessary analysis and research supporting the various funding projects and initiatives.
12. Financial Modeling and preparing Information memorandum
13. Resolving budget and limitation problems of the project.
