Debt Capital Markets Investor Sales (6-10 yrs)
Key Requirements:
- Should have excellent relationships with different Investor segments : Mutual Funds, Banks, Insurance Companies, FIIs, NBFCs, Wealth Managers, etc. Should be comfortable managing relationship with various seniority levels within any particular organization
- Proven track record of sell down of vanilla and complex Debt products into the investor segment. Should have demonstrated ability of sell down of difficult credits or in difficult market conditions
- Should have excellent credit analysis skills
- Should be able to reverse - originate, i.e originate deals based on feedback / requirement of Investors
- Should be comfortable selling bonds, loans, and other hybrid instruments
- Should be comfortable handling documentation on his / her own, as well as be thoroughly familiar with Legal, compliance, and regulatory aspects
- Should have good market intelligence and knowledge of deals
Following skills would be added advantage :
- Knowledge of Banking products
- Experience of working on trades with Offshore linkages
- Working knowledge of FX & Derivatives
