AltFort Capital Advisors - Debt Capital Market - Investment Banking (3-6 yrs)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting senior bankers in originating, structuring and executing debt financing transactions
- Providing analytical support to generate tailored funding and capital solutions for a wide range of growth markets clients
- Preparation of pitch books, working on internal credit committee memos, term sheets etc
- Consideration of tax, regulatory, legal and accounting related matters, etc including interaction with experts.
- Expanding network with various PSU bankers
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Experience in DCM in an Investment Bank with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to perform beyond direct job mandate
