Debt Advisory Role - Investment Banking (4-8 yrs)
Will be part of Investment Banking Team that is involved in debt financial advisory solutions including debt syndication, debt capital markets, senior, subordinated & structured products, Islamic finance.
Accountabilities:
Conduct due diligence, perform financial analysis.
Preparation of strategy reports
Assist with the management of transactions and liaise with all parties involved in the transaction, as appropriate.
Experience on corporate and project finance advisory and loan syndication
Financial modeling and financial analysis skills.
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
Hands on in report writing
Experience/Education:
CA/MBA/CFA
Experience of minimum 4 years in a core advisory function with an investment bank or Big 4.
