We have an opening with one of the leading NBFC in Mumbai where we are looking out to hire someone with following skill-sets

Job Opening 1: Deal Origination

Responsibilities :

This particular role is focused on debt advisory and debt syndication wherein the candidate will be expected to independently originate deals through effective relationship management and business development efforts as well as nurture and manage client relationships. The candidate is expected to have good understanding of debt advisory and debt syndication including the various products, services, processes and others areas.

Skill-sets required :

1. Qualifies CA/MBA from Top tier school

2. Need to be extremely good in business development and client relationship management

3. Should have good understanding and experience in debt advisory and debt syndication .

Job Opening 2: Debt Advisory (Deal execution)

Responsibilities

1. Ability to work independently on various debt and corporate finance engagements with support/ guidance from management

2. Ability to independently interact with clients, effectively manage Client Relationships and proactively lead Business Development efforts.

3. Prepare, maintain and update a clear client relations plan including the client names, strength of relationship, potential opportunities, activities, etc.

4. Good understanding of debt concepts including terms, covenants, structures, options, documentation, negotiations, market trends, etc.
