Deal Execution - International Credit - Investment Bank (3-8 yrs)

Our client is an International Investment Bank looking for someone to join their deal execution team at Mumbai.

The role involves travelling to UK/Singapore/Dubai as part of the job.

Organizational relationships

- Reports to: VP-Credit

- Travel: UK/Singapore/Dubai

Academic qualification

- Essential: Graduate in Commerce/Economics/Business Management

- Desired: PG / MBA in Finance

Experience

- Relevant: minimum 3-6 year + in Financial Services industry/ minimum 3 years experience in Credit / Risk Dept

- Exposure to Project Finance or Trade Finance is essential

Skills

- Excellent Credit Knowledge

- Should possess good negotiation skills

- Should have experience of handling large ticket size proposal.

- Preparation of Notes/write up and Financial analysis.

- Should be a good communicator

- Should be presentable

Primary Responsibilities

1) Liaisoning with Banks & Financial Institutions. Developing Banking relationships.

2) Detailed discussion with the client to understand their requirement and advise on the financing structure.

3) Preparation of Project information memorandum includes assessment and credit requirement, Preparation of various Bank formats.

4) Preparing CMA, Analyzing the Financial statements, Business Model, Working Capital Cycles, and assessing the credit worthiness of the Corporate / SME Clients.

5) Preparation of Board notes of the Lenders. Answering the queries from banks on the proposal. Closely coordinating with the client.

6) Follow up on the disbursement from banks
