Senior Manager/AVP - HR COO

Key Responsibilities :

Key objective of the role would be to work with and support HR COO, across both DBS Bank India and DBS Asia Hub 2, in the areas of Strategy Support, Implementation, Tracking, Regular review and governance of each of the below themes

Diversity & EVP :

- India HR team scorecard Performance monitoring & monthly reviews for DBS and DAH2 HR ( as part of COO - HR's support to Country Head HR )

- Ownership for monthly HR deck for Regional Review at Singapore

- HR Communication & Internal Branding, including Newsletters, HR dashboards, communiques

External Branding - Work with the Talent Acquisition/ Corporate Communication teams to anchor external branding across Print/Digital & Social Media, campuses, representation in HR forums/surveys etc

- External Engagement and anchoring for HR Award participation

- Support in Projects that are centrally driven ( eg WOS )

- Analytics support as called upon to do so

- Convene Country HR Council Meetings at DAH2 - Partner Head -Reward along with COO-HR, in driving this activity ( Note : No formal reporting line to Head-Reward)

Hold the Reward approval Delegation of Authority on the ground at DAH2 for exceptional increases at the time of Recruitment (

Note : No formal reporting line to Head-Reward )

- Support HR Business Partners in DAH2 for aspects like HR market benchmarking for IT industry

- Be the HR COO Office representative on the ground at DAH2 Hyd

Desired Candidate Profile :

- MBA + minimum 4 - 8 years of experience

- Excellent communication skills and numeracy

- Felicity with MS Office skills - particularly Excel and PPT

- Creative and enthusiastic

- Self starter - needs to be independent and have the ability to roll up his/her sleeves and get down to the details
