DawaiBox - Head - Sales (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing and executing on DawaiBox's strategy for partner acquisition and management- including targets, standard operating procedures and developing key supporting materials.
- Identifying new partnership opportunities for DawaiBox in consultation with mangement and initiating discussions with partners.
- Responsibility for monthly revenue and growth targets
- Customizing collateral as per client's queries.
- Upon closing a client, working with the product team to ensure great design and execution to surpass client standards
- Creating a solid leads funnel for DawaiBox via industry events, cold calls, existing network
- Holding regular meetings and acting as a contact point for alliances. Identify opportunities to further implement DawaiBox's solutions. Additionally, working with the tech teams to demonstrate benefits.
- Ongoing reporting to senior management on alliances developments and team performance.
- Research and identify key market trends in Healthcare in general and healthcare tech in particular. Work with the senior management team to implement resulting developments.
Background :
- 3-5 years of relevant business development / sales & marketing experience; preferred experience with healthcare
- Strong business development experience, ideally building and managing partnerships with organizational clients.
- Strong quantitative skills for partnership analysis
- Polished and professional with strong presentation and oral and written communication skills
- Confident negotiation skills and a positive - can do- attitude
- High ethical standards
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
- Experience working in a start-up strongly preferred
- MBA a plus but not required
