DataWind - Recruiting Manager (3-5 yrs)
DataWind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is a global leader in the development of wireless web access products and services. We offer a series of wireless web access devices and related web delivery platforms, including tablets, smartphones, as well as other industry-leading web-browsing devices.
We are currently looking for a Recruiting Manager based out of our Hyderabad office to assist in every day human resource undertakings. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for recruitment, human resources and payroll administration.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; collaborating with managers on candidate selection; recommending changes
- Maximizing the use of existing recruiting tools and continuously seek out innovative ways to attract talent
- Implementing key talent search strategies and initiatives and conducting executive search activities
- Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals
- Maintaining historical human resource records by designing filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
- Keeping records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Corporate or Agency recruitment in large-scale environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time-management, problem solving and organizational skills, and able to work with minimal direction
- Forward thinking with an ability to develop creative strategic solutions to issues
- Proficient in English and Hindi, fluency in other languages is a strong asset
