You will steer from the cubicle if you have the following:

- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Pattern Recognition/ Algorithms Design, Programming and Database skills, preferably in Start-ups

- Exceptional academic background, preferably from Tier-1 engineering schools

- Should be able to work independently and take up challenging assignments and deliver under interesting timelines,

- Should be comfortable working with the leadership team that demands very high professional ethics and a no-nonsense attitude to work quality

- Ability to break down business requirements into prioritized technical activities, and delivering functional features in rapid sprints

- Experience and understanding of one or more major relational database management system, such as MySQL, PostGreSQL, MSSQL, etc.

- Excellent skills in analytical prototyping languages, such as MS Excel, R, etc.

- Good programming skills, preferably in one of Python, Ruby-on-Rails, Java

- Excellent knowledge of regression techniques, multivariate analysis, and operations research

- Familiarity in integrating with various back end services

- Basic knowledge of XHTML/HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, JSTL, Ajax & JQuery

- Basic knowledge with source control (SVN, Git)
