Role & responsibility:
- Conceptualize, design and execute analytical models to embed within the Customer Analytics portfolio, working with a team of data scientists
- Test model performance against competitive approaches to evolve alternative modeling options
- Work with engineering teams to productize analytic approaches, develop and deploy analytic code components
- Work with the functional team to define business use cases
- Be the solutions consultant on customer deployments, presales consulting, and user adoption
Desired Skill sets:
- Experience in developing and deploying quantitative analytical models in customer analytics domains, in retail, CPG, hospitality or telco industries
- Graduate in engineering or sciences and an advanced degree in quantitative sciences (OR, statistics, econometrics, applied mathematics) or an MBA from a tier-1 institution with a specialization in quantitative marketing
- Experience across statistical modeling, probability theory, optimization techniques, and machine learning algorithms
- Deep expertise in SAS, SPSS, R and excel solver
