About our Client - Our client is a leading firm with major presence in US market and strong delivery base in India. They are looking for a seasoned analytics professional with strong experience in Computer Sciences to develop and lead their well established Research & Development Lab.

Job Description - Reporting into the Research Head, you will be responsible for:

- Designing a search engine eg.-implementing a Sentiment Mining Engine

- Computational linguistic based products

- Application of analytics to hardware

- Developing analytical products

- Sentiment Analysis of Product Reviews

- Developing Algorithms and Models in the Big Data environments

- Developing Solutions and Executing Analytical projects using Machine Learning/Text Mining algorithm and methodologies.

- Ensuring Team Building and Capability Development for Big Data Analytics

- Becoming Subject Matter Experts in machine learning & algorithm designing.

- Defining direction, identifying and procuring skills required to deliver the Engagement satisfactorily.

- Developing thought leadership in solution design and delivery.

- Delivering projects within budget and time by involving in the projects as a technology specialist

- Will support business to drive stronger data driven decision making

- Would be responsible to build complex algorithms that drive better online personalization and search

- You will innovate, design, analyze, evaluate, architect, implement and tune complex algorithms and Machine Learning models operating on large sets of data in collaboration with various stakeholders.

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant, you should have:

- A PhD/Engineering in Computer Science or related subjects from good colleges

- Exposure to ""internet of things"" and machine learning

- Experience in programming on open source languages

- Having an engineering aptitude in scaling things

- Worked on Python,Lamp framework

- Have a start up attitude with focus on developing analytics products

- Exposure to machine learning/text mining tools and techniques such as clustering/classification/decision trees, fuzzy logic, support vector machine, neural networks, genetic algorithms, numerical algorithms.
