We are hiring for the role of Data Scientist in a US Based MNC for Hyderabad Location

Job Responsibility

- Hands on experience on Machine learning algorithms for enhancing the cognitive data science technology to deliver highly relevant insights from data in an automated way.

- Develop, Maintan and enhance statistical models in the Business area identified

- Conceptualize modeling framework, define data requirements and create predictive variables

- Apply cognitive data science for building solutions for solving problems in predictive analytics and recommendation

- Interact with clients to understand requirements, implement and present results

- Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams Product management, customer support and operations, Sales & Marketing and Management.

- Be a thought leader and technology evangelist

- Prepare documentation for developed models and provide analysis support for Business strategies

Mandatory skills

- 3+ years of hands on experience on predictive model building of which 3+ should be in specific industry vertical like one or more of Technology, Insurance, Telecommunication, Travel, Banking, Mortgage, Retails, Healthcare and Government.

- Experience in the field of Predictive Maintenance and IoT is an added advantage

- Solid experience in Parametric and non-parametric forms of clustering, classification and regression.

- Knowledge and experience in one or more areas of statistical modeling Lenier and Non lenier regression, logistic and Multi nomial regression, Survival analysis, Neural Networks, Forecasting Techniques, Time Series Analysis, ARIMA, Conjoint Analysis, Segmentation, Clustering techniques, Decision Trees and Machine learning techniques.

- Hands on Model building experience using SAS/R/MATLAB with ability to display proficiency in Data Management and manipulation skills in order to perform job requirements.

- Knowledge and experience in Data Streaming and Data Visualization is an added advantage.
