Data Scientist - IT

Our client is one of the leading Information technology services organisation looking to hire

Data Scientist to be based in Bangalore.

The role will be responsible for:

- Machine Learning/Statistical Modelling & Analysis

- Artificial Neural Network, Support Vector Machine, Ensemble Modelling, Deep Learning etc.

- Operations Research

- Text Mining, Natural Language Processing, Social Media Analytics

- Artificial Intelligence, IoT

Desired Profile:

- Preferably a Ph.D. or M.Tech in Computer science/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or BTECH from IIT / IISC Computer Science.

- 6-10 Years of Analytics/Data Science experience post academics in IT/ITeS Industry.

- Should be proficient in R/Python/Java/C++ and Open Source Computing.

- Knowledge of R-Shiny, Tableau, D3.js is an additional advantage.

- Should have strong background in SQL Queries -Oracle, Teradata or any other SQL query language.

- Should be conversant in Big Data Platforms - Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Scala.

- Familiarity with Map-Reduce coding is an additional advantage.

- Should have business understanding of CRM, Retail, Telecom, Operations Analytics and Contact Centers.

Role based in Bangalore, looking for candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days.
