Data Scientist - eCommerce/Healthcare (6-15 yrs)

Delhi/NCR/Faridabad Job Code: 329653

1. Building & delivering analytics mandates for our platform across different problem definitions and business lines

2. Deliver on analytical solutions for leveraging deep business understanding and analytical expertise

3. Lead engagements and assignments to ensure successful and timely delivery of output with high quality and in accordance with client's needs and expectations

4. Extract and analyze our website, product and mobile user data to help us decide what features click with the users.

5. Forecast market demands on the basis of trends and historical data, and help in product development

6. Develop & maintain a deep knowledge of customer product needs, drivers and behaviors etc through customer profiling, and develop an acquisition, retention, re-engagement, and win back strategy

7. Look out for new ways to develop revenue and cross-sell opportunities, acquisition and U&R (usage & retention) activities

8. Design and validate experiments with data to test out new product features

9. Analyze user behavior and develop User Recommendation Systems

CTQ's -

1. Experience with Excel & VBA

2. Comfortable using relational databases like MySQL, SQL

3. Technical grasp on at least one tool out of SAS, SPSS, R, Tableau, Qlikview, Spotfire, Knime

4. Good logical thinking and problem solving skills

5. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple types of data

6. Prior experience in Ecommerce / Healthcare

7. Background in Machine Learning, Statistics or Information Retrieval
