Data Mining/Reporting/Quality - SAS - BFSI

Job Description-

- Hands on utilizing programming tools (e.g. SAS / Excel, SQL).

- Well versed with BI / COGNOS / RDBMS

- Retrieve / manipulate data on a large scale from different sources, Data extraction, data mining.

- Creating reports (Risk reports) using SAS tools.

- Develop comprehensive analytical testing plans based on a thorough understanding of the essence of the business strategy/intent and the often tight implementation timelines.

- Scope involves post -implementation validation and quality control

- Constantly work towards improving existing testing process (e.g. through automation and standardization)

Requirements-

- Bachelor / Masters (IT / Technical background)

- Good Problem solver with strong logical thinking skills

- High integrity and mental maturity

- Well versed with use of programming languages (SAS, SQL preferred, familiarity with UNIX Mainframe, Macros, VBA)- Mandatory
