Job description :

1. Work with the stakeholders in proactively pointing out business initiatives to help drive benefits by identifying fraud, waste and abuse of claims

2. Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address and resolve business reporting issues.

3. Focus on continuous improvement in the quality of the team members

4. Manager for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and support as well as associate development.

5. SDL for the purpose of settling issues left unresolved by the Manager and monthly evaluation of performance.

6. Clients / Trainers for the purpose of pre-process and process training.

Strong Client management skills, who can drive business to the organisation.

Strong analytical bend of mind.

Must have worked towards Project Management
