Data Analytics Professional (10-13 yrs)
Role:
- Driving analytics for Marketing Offerings
- Developing insights and delivering client business impact in terms of revenue increase, operation cost reduction, working capital reduction etc.
- Building a best-in-class analytic capability for excellence in execution of analytics delivery
Need to Have:
- Marketing expertise with exposure to one or more industry verticals and Marketing Analytics, preferably exposed to database technologies and analytical tools.
Key skills required areas are:
- Practice management
- Understanding and hands on experience of working with large and complex data sets
- Marketing Analytics (Digital Analytics, Campaign Analytics, Web Analytics, SEO)
- Knowledge of social media and related analytics
- Customer Churn Analytics
- Predictive Modeling skills
Above Analytics experience must include work on conceptualizing analytics and driving insights and not just project / program management of analytics deals.
- Experience with driving analytics across multiple industries / offerings
- Collaboration Skills to work across multiple stakeholders; business leaders, delivery leads, account management and operational excellence teams and promote effective cross-team working
- Advanced reporting / report planning skills to put a monitoring and reporting framework in place and execute it on a periodic basis for all stakeholders
- Understanding of campaign management areas
- Detailed knowledge and past or current hands-on experience to the latest Tools and Technologies
Responsibilities/Authorities:
- Define/ conceptualize analytics for Marketing Offerings
- Evaluate/ select appropriate analytics tools
- Build and Lead a team of analytics professionals to run ongoing project based analytics for top clients
- Discuss results/ideas with Accenture and its clients
- Come up with new ideas on analytics
- Identify opportunities to link analytics with industry insights and client business impact.
Basic Qualifications:
- Total Experience : Min of 10+ years
- MBA/ Engineers/ Masters from Top Tier Institutes
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Math / Stats background is plus
- Strong Business understanding
- Strong knowledge of and experience in analytics across the Marketing domain including areas of Social Media, Digital Marketing and Customer Churn
- Good team handling experience of having handled minimum 25-50 analysts
- Good experience in predictability analytics such as Statistical analysis, Optimization, Predictability modeling, Forecasting, etc.
- Good knowledge of multiple Statistical tools and applications
- Ability to engage in Business discussions.
