- Your insights will be the cornerstone to our becoming the thought leader in the B2B Customer Experience market.

Responsibilities :

Our Data Analyst position will be responsible for analyzing and preparing data - all witthe lens on understanding drivers of delight and dissatisfaction.

- Along with our team of data scientists and data analysts, you- ll work with our Customer

- Experience (CX) Experts to develop best-in-class solutions.

- This position will be responsible for delivering information to support strategic decisions with data-driven insights

Requirements :

The must have skills :

- Bachelors in a quantitative field (computer science, mathematics, statistics,operations research, etc.) from a premier institute.

- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis and/or statistical analysis e.g. ANOVA, ttest,hypothesis testing, chi-square test, sampling etc.

- Perform secondary research focusing on Customer experience (CX) topics utilizing a number of sources, internal and external, paper and electronic,including web-based and online databases.

- Retrieve, synthesize, package and present secondary research findings according to the needs of the customer. This requires Advanced experience with spreadsheet based analysis and Strong math/statistics skills

- Support CFN with various pieces of analysis: company profiles, Industry Market

- Watch on a monthly or quarterly basis, market segment profiles, analysis of companies who are trying to make a mark through better customer experience (CX), issue-based research, data-driven research, and financial analysis.

- Identify new sources of relevant customer focused metrics and benchmarks.

- Development of knowledge in major industry segments i.e. retail, manufacturing,healthcare, pharma, financial services (business acumen, key players, overall market trends) and technologies (overall information technology and networkstrends) as well as deep understanding of relevant specialty sources.

- Perform geographic centric secondary research and ability to clearly showcase comparisons between different markets

Analytical Skills :

Data analysis works with large amounts of data: facts, figures,and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.

Communication Skills :

Data analysts are often called to present their findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.

Critical Thinking :

Data analysts must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings. You'll need to identify alternate interpretations, follow on questions to pursue, and recommendations on how to do so.

Attention to Detail :

- Data is precise. Data analysts have to make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions.

- Must work well in a team environment and communicate well

- Should be motivated and conscientious enough to work independently

- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies
