We are seeking a dynamic HR professional who can support management in this rapid growth and draws from both education and experience in fast growing organizations. The Associate will report to Manager, Talent Management   Key Areas of Responsibility :   Recruitment & Onboarding :  - Source applicants through various methods to create a good pipeline for open positions.   - Screen applications, manage coordination of interviews and determine follow through of recruitment process   - Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of Dasra   - Conduct reference checks for selected candidates  - Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers  - Maintain applicant tracking system  - Extend offers of employment and coordinate joining formalities  - Conduct orientations for new hires on a regular basis that impart Dasra's culture and way of working.   - Coordinate the buddy program for new hires  Required Skills and Experience :   - Bachelor's Degree in any subject and Master's Degree in Human Resources Management  - At least 3 years work experience in human resources   - Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills   - Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills   - Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural team   - Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines   - Advanced knowledge of popular computer applications such as Microsoft Office, (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and new social networking applications.  Salary Offered: 6 - 7.2 LPA
