Job Description for Regional Sales Director  Darwinbox (www.darwinbox.com) is India's fastest growing HR Technology platform. It was founded by IIT/IIM/XLRI grads with experience across companies like McKinsey, Deloitte, EY, Google. The company's product DarwinBox HR is a significantly superior, integrated & modern HR platform that caters to the entire employee lifecycle from hire to retire. The product transform the way enterprises use technology to manage & engage employees, maximize performance and drive business results.  The product has received extremely strong feedback from market and already has 100,000+ employees on the platform across multiple marquee clients. Darwinbox has also recently raised a round of funding from a group of investors including 3one4Capital (Mohandas Pai's investment vehicle), Endiya Partners, StartupXseed and Tracxn Labs.  To build on this traction and drive it further, we are looking to add high quality regional sales heads across all the major Indian metro regions. This is a leadership role that entails independently driving growth & market share in a particular geography by selling Darwinbox's industry leading HR cloud offering to medium & large enterprises and quarterbacking deals from start to finish.  Responsibilities:  - Develop and implement industry specific sales plans & strategies to target enterprise and mid-market clients   - Actively prospect and generate a viable pipeline of opportunities through multiple channels  - Position Darwinbox effectively to win with clients in pursuit of best-in-class HR technology  - Build strong relationships with clients so that they can propagate their Darwinbox success with other prospects  - Keep abreast of the latest trends in the HR technology landscape to generate meaningful conversations and sales opportunities in the target market  - Be a leader at industry events/conferences by actively networking and evangelizing the Darwinbox value proposition  Job Requirements  3+ years of experience including:  - Experience working on/with technology products. Experience with enterprise sales is a plus  - Proven ability of understanding client pain points and proposing solutions  - Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives  - Track record of driving results under minimal supervision.
