Job Title: Business Analyst- CPHH  Location: Chandigarh  Functional Reporting To: COO  Preferred Education: MBA (Full time MBA & schooling from reputed institute/schools only)  Preferred Experience/ Age Range:  - 8 - 10 Years ; Age 30-35 yrs  - Should have shown stability in previous organisations  - Should have taken promotions in previous organisations  - Should have Achiever's background  Key Responsibilities:  - He should have handled a BU or a profit center as Head of Unit of approx Rs. 10-12 Crores  - Deliver Accurate and timely MIS & business intelligence reports to COO flagging critical indicators impacting revenue / discount on daily basis  - Has expertise/sensitivity for business analysis, understanding of Sales Analysis (Revenue & Volume) for performance and market mapping.  - Keep track of revenue and volume of competition on daily basis and give input to COO  - Responsible for Business Excellence and Process Documentation for all the Vertical  - Ability to analyze information & recommend solutions is a must for the role.  - He would help in exploring / evaluating newer avenues from an Investment, Risk, Competition, ROI perspective. Once the blue print of the business prepared; this role would lead the business operations as a Project .  - This role is not just restricted to analysis but would participate in strategic and the business planning process (short & long term), recommend organization structure for the new entity, forge alliances with business partners & advise top management on potential risks in a dynamic business environment  Key Requirements:  - The ideal candidate for this role will be an MBA (from a good B School) preferably with 2- 5 years preferably in similar role working for a Media / Media related group.  Special Attributes:  - Highly entrepreneurial  - High Integrity  - Out of the box thinker  - Good influencing skills  - Cost & quality consciousness  - Candidate should be well verse with MS Office-Excel,Ppt,Access
