Position Description:

DailyObjects is seeking an OEM Sales Manager to create business opportunities in the B2B Sales segment.

The ideal candidate would be able to develop new offline sales avenues and would have existing working relationships with players in the industry like smartphone manufacturers, distributors and operators such as Airtel, HCL, Vodafone, Nokia, Xiaomi, Oppo and others.

The drive to relentlessly explore new avenues for promotion, both online and in the real world, are vital. Also, an ability to negotiate deals and gain business partners and marketing tie-ups. This position requires a confident, pragmatic professional with excellent communication skills.

It is vital for the candidate to have the ability to understand our brand, it’s positioning and the subtleties of what is required to create and grow our brand value and reputation.

Primary/Essential Functions:

- Draw up strategies to bring in new business accounts.

- Proactive communications of customer and partner needs.

- Develop long-term business associations with new B2B Sales channels.

- Explore new sales avenues for our products and spot new opportunities in not so obvious channels.

- Identify growth opportunities/areas with new accounts.

- Achieve successful collaboration with telecom giants and upcoming handset makers like Airtel, Vodafone, Nokia, Xiaomi, Oppo and more, at various stages of business and bundle our products to help increase market sales for dailyobjects and its partners.

- Support negotiation of various partner agreements, MOUs & pricing models and take ownership till execution.

- Prepare a Weekly Analysis of the Leads, Plans of Action, Scope of Improvements and set targets.

Position Requirements:

- Graduate/Post-graduate from an accredited university or institution.

- A minimum of 5-7 Years of relevant experience in Corporate Sales/Offline Business Development.

- Experience in dealing with existing telecom players and related B2B channels would be an additional advantage.

- Ability to identify & influence decision makers to grow business

- Strong concept selling abilities and relationship building skills with large businesses
