Brief Job Responsibilities :  Business Development & Sales Target Achievement :  - Sales Target Achievement  - Meeting and directing team to meet Dealers/ Consultants/ Architects for business enhancement.  Follow sales process :  - Understand drawings, Do technical calculations, equipment selection, pricing process, quotation generation  - Resolve customer complaints.  Enquiry Management :  - An out of box thinker to minimize losses on enquiries and providing proactive approach to handle the same.   - Exploring new city potential & development for enhanced business.  - Development, mentoring & support to Sales team by enhancing their knowledge and skills.  Dealer Management, Development and Network Expansion :  - Monitors Dealer's performance and direct their actions towards meeting Daikin's Targets   - Monitor Dealer's behaviour and movements, motivating them, Observe discontinuities, direct their thoughts   - Monitor Dealer's Potential, identification and finalization of targets and their upgrade.  - Dealer Operations: Control Inter dealer clashes, resolve grievances.  - Keep check on Daikin stock levels with dealers and provide support for minimizing stock levels.  - Educate & motivate dealers through schemes, policies, products and stimulating them.  - Generate presentation tools for dealers and other supports  - To ensure collections as per targets and guidelines - BR control  - Direct team for aggressive and timely follow-up for payments.  - Ensure 100% compliance.  - Plan & implement PR and networking activities (includes key corporate)   - Plan and control Architect, Consultant, Key Customer meeting plan for RA Team based on potential analysis.  - Planning actions & requirements based on such meetings.  - Acting logically & keeping analytical approach towards dealer's problems and regulating team to act accordingly, to resolve dealer's issues.  - 100% Compliance on Sales Process  - Analysing Market, Keeping check on Competitor's Activities, strategies, providing inputs drafting action plan.  - Keep Track, Monitor inputs of competitor's movement & activities (Products, Schemes, Pricing moves, Service)  - Market data analysis vis a vis Brand wise market size, volume share. competitor product/price movements.  - Capture on new entrants (Dealers) and plan countermeasures wherever needed in consultation with BM  - Keeping track on competitor's schemes, analyzing schemes, providing inputs.  - Provide suggestions and ideas for any modification in schemes, Sales Promotion / advertising inputs to BM & HO   MIS analysis and Timely Actions :  - Monitor weekly billing plan (Billing for RA)  - Architect Call cycle reports  - Corporate call cycle reports  - Indent Rolling Plan (Keep check (model wise) on stock requirements, Plan & Monitor its usage/ give inputs to BM)  Enquiry statement - Monitor, timely update, keeping check on progress track, ensure results thru team.  - Keeping check on Dealer Stocks   - Keeping track on competitor's activities and plan countermeasure wherever needed  Handling key corporate customers at Branch :  - Keep regular interaction with identified key corporate & customers and attend to their requirements.  - Keep check on business potential with key corporate, inputs to Supervisor/ BM on Daikin potential with such customers; get support of seniors to maximize results.  Salary range: 9 - 12 LPA
