Brief Job Responsibilities - Qualitative Aspects:
1. Revenue Generation.
a. AMC Sales for RA/ SA/Duct and associating dealer with it.
b. Sale of spare parts.
c. One time routine service
2. Dealer & Customer Support
a. Prepare dealer claims (like; Commissioning/ In Warranty/ Out of Warranty/ Spare parts/ Gas Charges/ Routine Service).
b. Issue Routine service cards to dealers after commissioning
c. Resolving RA/ SA/ Duct queries, if dealer technician unable to resolve it.
d. Issue spare parts within warranty to customer/ dealer.
e. Provide training to dealer staff (for installation/ troubleshooting/ safety)
f. Operation training to Customer.
3. Customer Visit/ Site Visit
a. Visit site and resolve technical issues if occurs.
b. Site visit on Sales staff request/ customer's request/ dealers request
4. Stock Inspection
a. Conduct stock inspection at dealer's place
b. Check the spare parts & tool kit are kept properly at dealers place.
c. Check tool kit issued to dealer's for troubleshooting are in sound position.
