Daffodil Software - Manager - Marketing

As a Marketing Associate you will:

- Help Daffodil launch its Inbound Marketing program to drive traffic to their websites and social media and delivery sales leads at the top, middle and bottom of the funnel

- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, brochures, newsletters etc.

- Managing email campaigns from start to finish, including planning, testing, evaluating, and reporting.

- Developing and optimizing lead nurturing email campaigns.

- Segmenting contact lists and personalizing emails based on recipients' interests and needs.

- You will assist in the set-up, design and management of Daffodil's social media and content marketing campaigns

- You will look at other more traditional marketing opportunities including events and public relations to increase the impact of creative ideas and different campaigns

You will learn and practice and eventually implement the core tenets of Inbound Marketing, including:

- Content creation

- SEO (what's left of it)

- Social media marketing

- Blogging

- Identifying marketing personas

- Conversion optimization

- Landing page creation and optimization

- Use of content management and content optimization systems

- Marketing analytics and reporting

- Lead nurturing and marketing automation

About You:

- Have an ability to communicate effectively via phone, face to face and email

- You will have a good hands on experience of social media, be fluent in the Internet

- You'll be able to write blogs, campaigns, reports, eBooks and presentations

- Detail oriented, analyzing data to make decisions

- Have passion for marketing

- Have a passion for learning

Must haves:

- Knowledge of IT and IT industry

- Team Handling Experience.
