Stocks to be kept at optimum levels so as to avoid out of stock situation.   - Evaluation of category - checks the category & sub category growth as compared to last year & takes corrective action (planning, ordering etc.)  - Ensure the Order Level is set at the optimum levels.- Periodic Meeting with Category & Replenishment Team to discuss issues regarding sales and stock availability.  - Optimize the article Potential to Increase Sales - Monitor New Stock movements & get the revised Order Level set based on sales.   - To avoid Gaps & Fasten the Process - To discuss with the team including the IT and DC, to find solutions in case of any abnormalities (e.g. Non availability of stock at Stores, Overstocking, OLs not defined, OLs defined but stocks not moving to stores etc.)  - Training & Creating awareness - To brief the team for seasonal availability (OL) and having a control on the inventories  - Right stock reach to stores at right time - To conduct monthly meetings to understand what needs to be corrected for the future  - Optimize the team potential- motivating, mentoring and coaching the team, create a good work environment/culture to increase team efficiency.   If Interested, Please apply with your updated resume
