Level/ Designation: Senior Manager/AGM

Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience.

- The candidate should have worked at least 2+ years in corporate M&A in a reputed organization, Big 4 or an investment bank.

- Demonstrated experience in successful deal project management from origination to execution and high level of attention to detail.

- Preference to people who are from technology domain and can understand the business needs faster.

Education: MBA from a premier institute or Equivalent.

Key Skills:

- Strong analytical skills and finance fundamentals (excellent financial modeling skills)

- Strong internal, and business communication skills

- Experience with deal negotiations preferable

- Independent and self-driven

Role and Responsibilities:

The candidate would be responsible for helping to manage the global M&A function within the organization with the following key responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate the entire deal process (including detailed DD and Definitive Documentation) between external and internal stakeholders

- Jointly work with the BU to build a business case / investment case on potential acquisition opportunities for Executive Council and Board approval

- Financial evaluation and develop valuation models based on discounted cash flows, comparables etc.

- Develop deal structures, prepare and analyze term sheets / definitive documents

- Help to manage relationships and help generate leads with the external investment ecosystem, e.g., Investment banks, PE/VC funds and internal stakeholders
