Education : MBA/PGDBM  Experience : 8 years-9 years   Location : Hyderabad  Responsibilities :  - KAP process deployment owner   - Interface with Sales teams to enable creation of the KAP's   - Tracking of KAP & KAP review actions   - Monthly reporting of action/progress   - Manage the Governance / Reviews of the KAP   - Consolidation of the - asks- from across the key accounts and present to management. Creation of a business case as warranted   - Work closely with CSAT team to enable synergies between the account growth strategy & Execution side actions Past Exp.   - Ability to interact with Customers   - Past sales experience   - Process definition and execution experience   - Data Analysis   - Understanding of the CSAT measurement process is a plus   - Service industry experience
