We believe in adding value to your experience @ Cybrilla and not just incremental years.  Your Role :   You will be responsible for managing multiple projects and teams and will be the spoc from Cybrilla.Be the strategist for the projects and products you will be handling.  - Coordinate,supervise and be the strategist for the projects from beginning till end.  - Gathering and eliciting clear and definite project requirements from the Client.  - Discussing the requirements with the technical team to clear doubts regarding requirements and mitigate risks  - Preparing time and cost estimation and running feasibility tests on all projects.  - Creating technical documents: project scope documents, SRS etc.  - Manage the projects in a structured and professional manner according to the selective methodology and report on the status of the project weekly internally and externally.  - Consistently manage client expectations to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.  - Provide overall strategic expertise to ensure approaches and solutions correspond to business objectives and future needs.  - Develop and manage the project schedule and work with discipline leads and project teams on timely plan execution.  Who you need to be?  - Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including creating and managing project plans and documenting project requirements.  - Knowledge of Agile Methodology and experience in managing web based projects  - Understanding of web technologies and third party applications and platforms  - Excellent communication skills to co-ordinate with clients and technical team  - Should be detail oriented and capable of solving problems arising at work  - Should be well updated on the current trends and technologies in Web and Mobile Platforms  - Strong consultaning skills, analytical and communications skills.  You should have these Super Powers!  - You have strong discipline and are able to work independently  - You like to work in a fast paced environment  - You have high energy and a positive, winning attitude
