- Taking responsibility for executing business consulting projects including tasks like research, data interpretation, analysis, insight generation and report preparation   - Independently managing mid-sized projects or taking ownership of one or more modules of major /significant consulting projects   - Leading, coordinating and organizing the work of a team of Consultants   - Supporting the leadership team on marketing, business development and proposals   - Positively contributing to the firm's growth and reputation   Qualification Criteria :   A minimum of 3 years of prior work experience in any or all of the following areas :   - Strategy and / or Management Consulting   - Strategy or Corporate Planning in a major corporation in verticals like Infrastructure, Steel, Chemicals, Power, Heavy Industries   - Preference for candidates who have experience who have experience in organizational restructuring/designing  - Maximum salary offered is 15 lac.
