Description  - This position requires a dynamic and experienced individual who can manage a team of professional product consultants, ensuring a consistently high level of service for our customers.  Position Duties:  - A proactive forward-thinker with the ability to improve the client experience  - Manage a team of approximately 30 product support consultants in a B2B environment.  - Manage the pipeline of projects and maintain desired service levels  - Understand project goals, objectives, products, services and identify constraints, risks by working with the project team and stakeholders.  - Writing and conducting performance evaluations and work towards making the team more efficient.  - Responsible for the development and management of product consultants  - Coordinate with HR to recruit, interview and hire the best talent  - Manage communication with internal departments and external clients  Candidate Requirements:  - The ideal candidate should possess 8 years of total experience with 2 years of project management experience  - Strong People & Client Management Skills  - Exposure to Mobile operating systems/Mobile applications will be an added advantage  - Must possess excellent presentation, analytic, and project management skills  - Well versed with modern day workforce management practices and QA processes  - Ability to track key performance metrics and implement solutions to meet client needs  - Very proficient with Microsoft Office  Preferred Skills:  - CAPM/PMP  - Managing a multicultural working environment  - Six Sigma/Lean certification  Work Hours: Primarily US hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
