Human Resource - Employee Relations (NIGHT SHIFT)
Work Hours : 6:30 PM -3:30 AM
Position Duties :
- Working closely with Business Partners for employee issues during night shift.
- Managing multiple employee databases and HRIS.
- Administering & coordinating on-boarding, orientation, development & training.
- Coordinating with the Business for interviews at night.
- Updating employee's service files accurately within the timelines.
- Managing exit process from exit interviews and to full and final settlement.
- Managing employee relations. Attending to employee's grievances and complaints.
- Managing legal matters in keeping with labor laws & state employment and benefit laws.
- Providing advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Reviewing, updating and maintaining proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, company doctors list, performance appraisal form and training schedules.
- Managing payroll inputs as per the payroll calendar and ensuring data accuracy.
- HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations, HRIS .Exit Process, Exit Interviews, Grievance Handling. Onboarding, Orientation recruitment
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a fast paced, full life cycle HR Business Partnering, generalist environment with a rapidly growing company (ITES/ BPO)
- Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
- Knowledge of state employment and benefit laws.
- Graduate - Any Specialization
- Postgraduate - Any Specialization
