We currently have job openings across all departments and locations and are looking to add valuable team members to further strengthen the company's DNA  Work Hour : 12 PM - 9:30 PM  Position Duties :  - Understanding and documenting business processes and workflows and their relationships to current and future software solutions and explain it over to implementation team.  - Interact and interview business (Finance) users and key stake holders and document their stories and convert into requirement documents.  - Prepare Detailed Requirement Documents, Process Flow Diagrams, Test Cases and other documents required during a typical Application implementation.  - Plans, organizes and conducts business process reengineering/improvement projects and follow agile or waterfall PM methodology.  - Coordinate with SOX team and discussing requirements with them and provide the necessary documentation/ data to them.  - Learn and work on the Billing and Revenue Systems currently being implemented and manage setup, users- access, rights and permissions and configuration changes.  - Managing case management system - User support on generating tickets with implementation vendor and getting the same resolved.  - Should work on coordinating the implementation of users requirements in CRM system - Salesforce.com  Candidate Requirements :  - IT/ Finance Professional with Bachelor- s/ Master's Degree in Systems/Computers/ Business/ Finance/ with 5-7 years- work experience.  - Extensive experience in Application software Implementation and should have done at least 2 full implementation life cycles. Analytical skills for transforming defined business needs into software requirements  - Extensive experience in preparing Functional Requirement Documents and testing documents.  - Excellent Interviewing and listening skills to elicit detailed requirements.  - Experience with Accounting/Financial Systems, Contracts, Payroll, ERP, CRM system implementations   - Highly motivated, results oriented, able to perform independently and effectively, with the ability to drive continuous improvement  - Detail oriented with understanding of the "big picture-   - Excellent communication and facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels  - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and able to work well with high performance teams  - Self-starter, action oriented with strong recognition of schedule  - Ability to comfortably work in an intensely deadline-oriented environment  - Systems and technology experience   - ERP/CRM/XRM  - MS Dynamics  - MS SQL Server  - VB .Net  - MS Projects/Visio  - Project Management systems  - MS Office
