Job Description:  The candidate will be an Assistant Manager in Cvent’s Finance Division and will be working directly with Director Finance and US counterpart to implement and maintain SOX compliance for India entity.   Finance Team:  Our team of 60 Finance professionals is a close-knit group of dynamic and high-energy professionals. We have people from various educational backgrounds including, but not limited to B.com (H), B.com (P) and Economics (H), Charted Accountants & MBAs  Star performers in this profile receive a unique opportunity to visit the Cvent Headquarters office in the US, for 2 months of further learning and career development.  Work Hours  Hybrid Shift (12:00 PM to 9:30 PM IST)  Position Duties:  - Leading implementation of the SOX framework for India entity and creating internal control model that can be implemented across the organization   - Oversight of internal control / SOX testing framework   - Perform risk assessment , identify significant processes and agree process scope with Internal Control  - Work with process owners and create Risk & Control Matrix for processes identified through risk assessment  - Indentifying process inefficiencies and recommending remediation to strengthen control environment in financial and operational areas through the use of system automation and other relevant tools  - Facilitate training of US internal teams in effective internal control procedures and SOX compliance protocols  Candidate Requirements:  - At least 4 to 5 Years experience in similar profile, preferably in a software company   - Graduate/Post Graduate or Chartered Accountant   - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)  - Proficient with software packages of Microsoft Office  - Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment  - Attention to detail, deadline focus and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks  - Excellent analytical and logical ability
