Customer Support Analytics

Location - Mumbai

Job Description –

- Extract and analyze data to identify problem areas / process gaps and fix the same

- Feedback sharing to various business units to ensure reduction in complaints/calls

- Identifying process gaps leading to complaints and liaise with Process Excellence Group for process improvement projects .

- Identify and enable process changes to help business teams carry out their processes effectively

- Assume ownership of processes and ensure consistent delivery of service quality

- Facilitate projects that are in line with the company’s long-term goals

- Generating need based reports as and when required

Experience – 1 – 2 years

Qualification – MBA from Premier Institutes like IIM(A,B,C,L, I, K), FMS(D), XLRI, JBIMS, SP Jain, NITIE (National Institute of Industrial Engineering), ISB, NMIMS, IRMA(Institue of Rural Magement, Anand), IIFT, MDI, Sydenham, XIMB, TISS, SIBM, XISS, IMT (N & G), CA, BIT(M&P), IIT (Mgmt.), GIM, SIMS, SIIB, SCMHRD, TAPMI, BIM Trichy,ICFAI (H), Nirma, Regional Engineering College (REC) (Mgmt.), UBS, IMI, K.J.Somaiya
