Roles & Responsibilities -
- The person would be responsible for handling corporate / SME client's queries pertaining to Current Account/Cash & payment products/Corporate internet banking/Trade & Forex products/channel finance.
- The person would be responsible for resolution of customer queries within prescribed TAT.
- The role will require coordination with the operations team, branches, IT & product team for resolution of queries.
- Should have the aptitude to learn & understand IT systems and processes.
Work Experience
- 1-5 years of experience at branch in handling the relevant products : Current Account/Cash & payment products/Corporate internet banking/Trade & Forex products/channel finance
- Or Product / process management experience : Current Account/Cash & payment products/Corporate internet banking/Trade & Forex products/channel finance
