Responsibilities:

    * Grow and Drive the scaling of the Customer Service function of a fast growing e-commerce start-up

    * Manage Outbound Customer contact, through all communications

    * Packaging, returns management

    * Drive continuous improvement in the operations function

    * Identify and implement automation solutions
