Position: Head – Customer Service at a Leading Company in the Hospitality Industry

Role:

- To handle pan-India Customer Service of existing clients of the company

- To head a team of 120+ including senior managers etc.

Experience:

- Should have 18+ yrs of Customer Service Experience, ideally from the Insurance or Telecom Industry

- Should have led teams and have handled a Pan India Role
