To fuel its growth further, they are looking to recruit a Customer Marketing Head based out of their office in Gurgaon.  Job Description :   Reporting to the Sales Director, You will be responsible for:-  1. Building marketing strategy to make brand equity stronger & grow market share  2. Evaluating and tracking performance and health of the organization's brands   3. Planning the GTM strategy for each brand   4. Building best in class customer marketing capabilities at a Country level that will enable the organization to win in the marketplace  5. Aligning the Consumer Marketing, Customer Marketing and Commercial teams as you will be the member of the Commercial Leadership team and will be driving the brand/channel strategies and plans   Candidate's Profile :  You should be an MBA with atleast 11-12 years of work experience mainly in the customer marketing/trade marketing space with a major FMCG/alcohol organization. An ideal candidate should have the ability to think out of the box. You should have excellent communication skills and have experience in working with multi cultural teams.
